2020年夏季青岛近海及毗邻海域浮游动物群落特征

摘要 为研究夏季青岛近海及毗邻海域浮游动物的群落特征,采用2020年7月26日—8月11日在南黄海近岸海域21个站位采集的样品,分析该海域浮游动物群落的种类组成、优势种、数量分布以及生物多样性等群落特征.研究海域共鉴定出浮游动物成体51种、浮游幼虫26类,浮游动物的平均栖息密度为1147.2 m^(-3).研究海域浮游动物大致以31.5等盐线为界,划分为南黄海沿岸组群和黄海中部组群.不同组群的优势种组成差异明显,黄海中部组群优势种为中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)、小拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus parvus)、拟长腹剑水蚤(Oithona similis)和近缘双毛大眼剑水蚤(Ditrichocorycaeus affinis),南黄海沿岸组群优势种为小拟哲水蚤、近缘双毛大眼剑水蚤、鸟喙尖头溞(Penilia avirostris)、强壮滨箭虫(Aidanosagitta crassa)和多毛类幼体(Polychaeta larvae).表层温度和表层盐度是影响夏季青岛近海及毗邻海域浮游动物群落结构的主要环境因子. To understand the characteristics of zooplankton community in the coastal and adjacent waters of Qingdao in summer,samples were collected from 21 stations from July 26 to August 11,2020.The species composition,dominant species,abundance and biodiversity of the zooplankton community were analyzed.A total of 51 species of zooplankton adult and 26 taxa of zooplankton larvae were identified.The average abundance of zooplankton was 1147.2 m^(-3).The zooplankton in the study area were cluster into the South Yellow Sea coastal community and the Yellow Sea central community based on the 31.5 isohaline.There were significant differences in the composition of dominant species among different communities.The dominant species in the central community were Calanus sinicus,Paracalanus parvus,Oithona similis and Ditrichocorycaeus affinis,while the dominant species in the coast community were P.parvus,D.affinis,Penilia avirostris,Aidanosagitta crassa and Polychaeta larvae.The main environmental factors significantly affecting zooplankton community were surface temperature and surface salinity.
