摘要 数字技术与教育领域的不断融合已成为高校教师不断提升数字胜任力的根本要求。通过整合国外典型教师数字胜任力框架以及我国《教师数字素养》行业标准,构建了“数字时代高校教师数字胜任力框架”。通过实证检验发现了“道德与意识域”“教育与学习域”“个体专业域”和“数字赋能域”四个能力维度,并且彼此之间相互影响。该量表既适用于我国教育信息化2.0时代,也为完善高校教师数字素养评价体系提供了建议。 The continuous integration of digital technology and education has become a fundamental requirement for teachers in colleges and universities to improve their digital competence.By integrating the digital competency framework of typical foreign teachers and the industry standard of Teacher Digital Literacy in China,the"Digital competency framework of teachers in colleges and universities in the digital era"is constructed.Through the empirical test,four dimensions of competence are explored,namely"morality and consciousness","education and learning","individual professionalization"and"digital empowerment",which influence each other.This scale not only applies to the 2.0 era of education informationization,but also provides suggestions for improving the evaluation system of digital literacy of teachers in colleges and universities.
