摘要
文章筛选并总结了2012—2021年全球学校食物浪费的影响因素和干预实验的学术文献,根据计划行为理论将学校食物浪费影响因素分为了态度、社会规范、主观行为规范和习惯四类。在改善学校食物浪费情况研究中,系统改变和实践改变适用于中小学,而实践改变和信息干预将是最适合中国大学减少食物浪费的实施方法。通过对减少校园食物浪费的研究,将更有利于保障粮食安全,实现可持续目标。
This paper screened and summarized the academic literature on influencing factors of school food waste and intervention experiments worldwide from 2012 to 2021.According to the theory of planned behavior,the influencing factors of school food waste were divided into four categories:attitudes,social norms,subjective behavioral norms,and habits.In the study of improving school food waste,system change and practice change applied to primary and secondary schools,and practice change and information intervention would be the most suitable implementation methods for reducing food waste in Chinese universities.Research on reducing campus food waste would be more conducive to ensuring food security and achieving sustainable goals.
