摘要
为探索河南省各地市的农地利用效率,以河南省18个地级市为研究对象,运用DEA-BCC模型和Malmquist指数法对其农地的利用效率进行测算与分析,时间跨度为2008—2018年。研究结果表明:洛阳和济源的农地利用效率为DEA有效,郑州的纯技术效率达1为最优;全省总体技术水平仍需加强,未来需进一步提高农地技术投入与支持;全省除济源与洛阳外,其余各市均存在规模效率优化空间,需继续加大农地利用投入。
To explore the etilization effictive on farmland of cities in Henan Province,this study has took 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province as the research object,and used DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index method to measure and analyze the utilization efficiency on farmland of Henan Province from 2008 to 2018.The results showed that DEA was effective in the utilization efficiency of farmland in Luoyang and Jiyuan,and the pure technical efficiency of Zhengzhou reached 1.The overall technical level of the Province still needs to be strengthened,and the investment and support of farmland technology should be further improvement in the future.Except for Jiyuan and Luoyang,there is room for scale efficiency optimization in other cities,and it is necessary to increase continuously farmland utilization input.
