摘要
党的二十大强调全方位夯实粮食安全根基,同时要求教育强国与全面提高人才自主培养质量。目前中国粮食工程专业本科人才培养规模不大,因此提升本科培养质量对夯实粮食安全根基有着重要作用。文章以11所具有代表性高校的粮食工程专业本科人才培养方案为研究对象,运用Nvivo12软件进行质性分析,聚焦粮食安全人才培养发展需求,梳理专业发展现状及存在的问题,分别从培养目标创新、课程结构优化、实践模式改革和产教融合等方面提出建议,以期为新时代粮食安全的人才培养提供思路。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized consolidating the foundation of food security in an all-round way,and at the same time required to strengthen education and improve the quality of independent cultivation of talent.At present,the scale of food engineering undergraduate talent training is not large,so improving the quality of undergraduate training has played an important role in consolidating the foundation of food security.This paper took the undergraduate talent training programs of food engineering majors of 11 representative universities obtained from the official website as the research object,used Nvivo12 software to conduct qualitative analysis,focused on the talent training and development need of food security,and reviewed the professional development status and existing problems.Some suggestions were put forward to the aspects of training objective innovation,curriculum structure optimization,practice mode reform and production-education integration,in order to provide ideas for the talent training of food security in the new era.
