摘要 具有高硬度、高矿化度特征的矿井水脱盐是煤矿废水处置的难点,其过程存在脱盐效率低、成本高昂等问题。介绍了化学法、热力法、膜法、电化学法等脱盐技术的优势及局限性,突出低成本脱盐的必要性,结合海水淡化脱盐机制,归纳和总结了当前高矿化度矿井水脱盐的研究现状及发展趋势。为响应节能减排的号召,将现有脱盐手段与绿色新能源相结合,为高矿化度矿井水脱盐工艺的进一步开发及应用提供参考。 Desalination of mine water with high hardness and high salinity is a difficult problem in the treatment of coal mine wastewater pollution,and there are problems such as low desalination efficiency and high cost in the desalination process.This paper introduces the advantages and limitations of the commonly used desalination technologies,chemical,thermal,membrane and electrochemical methods,highlights the necessity of low-cost desalination,and summarizes the current high-salinity mine water desalination combined with the desalination mechanism of seawater.In response to the call for energy conservation and emission reduction,the existing desalination means are combined with green new energy to provide reference for the further development and application of high salinity mine water desalination process.
