双膜法在煤制烯烃锅炉除盐水项目中的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用双膜法(超滤+反渗透)+混床系统工艺处理西北某能源集团煤制烯烃项目中的锅炉补给水原水,通过对除盐水系统工艺流程、过滤系统参数以及稳定运行一年后的实际运行数据进行详细介绍与分析,得出结论,双膜法工艺在煤化工锅炉除盐水系统处理中是稳定可靠的,终端混床产水电导<0.20μS/cm,硬度为0,完全满足国标GB/T 12145-2016电厂锅炉补给水要求,吨水运行成本小于3元,为双膜法的推广应用提供了数据支持。 The process of a double membrane(ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis)+mixed bed system was used to treat the raw water of boiler make-up water in coal to olefin project of Northwest energy group.The process flow of the demineralized water system,the parameters of filtration system,and the actual operation data after one year of stable operation were introduced and analyzed in detail.The results showed that the double membrane process was stable and reliable in the treatment of demineralized water system of coal chemical boiler,the conductivity of mixed bed water production was less than 0.20μS/cm,and hardness was 0,the water quality met the water quality requirements of the boiler feedwater of GB/T 12145-2016,the operating cost per ton of water was less than 3 yuan.This process provides data support for the popularization and application of the double membrane method.
