摘要
增强职业教育适应性是在新时代背景下职业教育实现高质量发展、赋能社会发展的必然之路。在生产组织方式时变、技术知识价值转变以及现代教育体系创变的共同要求下,职业教育必须基于经济、文化以及教育系统的“三线齐变”适时而动,提升自身适应性。增强职业教育适应性要以培养目标契合职业教育类型逻辑、办学模式契合区域经济特点、专业设置契合产业结构发展的“三段式对接”为应然样态,体现出职业教育与社会发展的全方位耦合。因此,职业教育需从理念转变、结构调整、要素革新三个角度楔入实践场域,以再构价值认知、优化发展环境、重塑内部网络为现实路径,促进职业教育的持续调适,实现与社会发展的价值同契。
Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is an inevitable way for vocational education to achieve high quality development and enable social development in the context of the new era.Under the joint requirements of the change in the way production is organised,the change in the value of technical knowledge and the creation of a modern education system,vocational education must adapt to the"three lines of change"in the economy,culture and education system,and improve its adaptability.To enhance the adaptability of vocational education,the"threestage dovetailing"of the training objectives to the logic of the vocational education type,the mode of schooling to the characteristics of the regional economy,and the professional settings to the industrial structure development should be the natural model,reflecting the all-round coupling between vocational education and social development.Therefore,vocational education needs to be wedged into the field of practice from three perspectives:conceptual change,structural adjustment and elemental innovation,with the realistic path of reconstructing value perceptions,optimising the development environment and reshaping internal networks,so as to promote the continuous adaptation of vocational education and realise the value of the same development with society.
