摘要
提升科研能力有利于促进教师教育理论与实践的有机融合、推动教师专业化发展以及实现职业教育的高质量发展。通过与江苏省“职业教育科研方法与项目申报”培训班中的十五名高职教师进行深度访谈发现:高职教师面临着身份认同与行为动机的自我矛盾、课题选择与论文发表的双重错位、外界阻碍与行动经验的影响制约等现实困境。建议高职院校积极培育教师的科研自主意识、完善科研评价体系建设、优化科研内外支持机制。
Improving research ability is beneficial for promoting the organic integration of teacher education theory and practice,promoting the process of teacher professional development,and achieving high-quality development of vocational education.Through in-depth interviews with fifteen vocational education teachers in the"Vocational Education Research Methods and Project Application"training class in Jiangsu Province,it was found that vocational education teachers'are faced with such realistic dilemmas self contradiction between identity and behavioral motivation,dual mismatch between topic selection and paper publication,external obstacles and constraints from action experience.It is recommended that vocational colleges actively cultivate teachers'awareness of scientific research autonomy,improve the construction of scientific research evaluation system,and optimize internal and external support mechanisms for scientific research.
