双马来酰亚胺改性聚偏氟乙烯薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘要 利用4,4’-双马来酰亚胺基二苯甲烷(BMI)作为添加剂,通过溶液共混流延方法制备了不同BMI质量分数的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜,对其结晶行为和性能进行了研究。红外光谱(FTIR)与X射线衍射光谱(XRD)测试结果表明,BMI添加量超过20%时,PVDF发生了由γ结晶相向α结晶相的转变现象。动态热机械性能(DMA)测试结果表明,BMI的适当加入可以提高PVDF薄膜的弹性模量和损耗因子,在高测试频率时尤为明显;所有PVDF样品在10~17 um位移振幅范围内均保持良好的储能模量稳定性。光学透过性能测试结果表明,低质量分数BMI的引入,有利于提高PVDF薄膜的自然光透过率;高添加量(>20%)BMI的引入,有利于提高PVDF紫外线和红外线的阻隔率。 Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)films with different BMI mass fractions were prepared by solution blending and casting method using 4,4'-bismaleimide diphenylmethane(BMI)as additive,and the crystallization behaviors and properties of the films were studied.Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD)results showed thatγ-phase changed toα-phase in the PVDF when the mass fraction of BMI exceeded 20%.Dynamic thermomechanical properties(DMA)results showed that the appropriate addition of BMI could improve the elastic modulus and loss factor of PVDF film,especially at high test frequency.All PVDF samples had good elastic modulus stability in the range of 10~17 um displacement amplitude.The results showed that the natural light transmittance of PVDF films was improved by the introduction of BMI with the low mass fraction.The introduction of BMI with the mass fraction higher than 20%was beneficial to improve the ultraviolet and infrared blocking rate of PVDF.
