摘要 利用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的疏水特性结合表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术对抗肿瘤药阿霉素(DOX)进行灵敏检测。首先,合成了形貌大小均一的花状银纳米颗粒(Ag NFs),通过涂布将其负载至PVDF薄膜表面形成具有SERS活性的基底膜。选取结晶紫(CV)评估Ag NFs-PVDF基底膜的SERS性能,对不同浓度的阿霉素标准液进行检测,考察其检测限。最后结合有机相沉淀法去除蛋白质,在消除干扰的同时,提升人体血清中阿霉素检测灵敏度。结果表明,血清中DOX检测限为0.25μg·mL^(-1)。因此,该基底为未来临床药物浓度的监测提供了一种快速、便捷、低廉且高效的检测手段。 The hydrophobic characteristics of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)combined with surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)technology was used for sensitive detection of doxorubicin(DOX).Firstly,flower-like silver nanoparticles(Ag NFs)with uniform morphology and size were synthesized,which were loaded onto the surface of PVDF film by drip coating to form SERS active base film.Crystal violet(CV)was selected as the probe molecule of Ag NFs-PVDF to evaluate the sensitivity and repeatability of the substrate membrane,and different concentrations of doxorubicin standard solution were detected to investigate its detection limits.Finally,the protein was removed by organic phase precipitation method,which not only eliminated the interference,but also improved the sensitivity of human serum doxorubicin detection.The results showed that the limit of DOX detection in serum was 0.25μg·mL^(-1).Therefore,the substrate provides a rapid,simple,cheap and effective method for the detection of clinical drug concentration.Therefore,the substrate provides a rapid,convenient,inexpensive and efficient method for future clinical drug concentration monitoring.
