动力锂电池石墨系负极极片干燥特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 极片干燥是动力电池制造环节最复杂、能耗最大的单元操作之一。对其物质及能量输运的研究可以有效提高干燥设备效率,降低厂家的生产成本。以石墨体系为负极极片材料,探究了恒温干燥和热风对流干燥中不同温度和厚度对极片干燥的影响。结果表明:热风对流干燥中同一厚度的极片干燥温度越高,则干燥时间越短;同一温度下极片厚度越薄,干燥时间越短。当热风干燥温度为80~85℃时,干燥效率较高,且极片与箔材粘结良好。静态干燥实验中温度和厚度对极片干燥的影响规律与热风干燥规律基本一致。 Anode sheet drying process is one of the most complex and energy consuming unit operations in power battery manufacturing.The study of material and energy transport can effectively improve the efficiency of drying equipment and reduce the production cost of manufacturers.In this paper,using graphite system as the negative electrode material,the effects of different temperatures and thicknesses on the drying of the electrode during constant temperature drying and hot air convection drying were investigated.The results showed that,the higher the drying temperature of the polar sheet with the same thickness in hot air convection drying,the shorter the drying time;the thinner the thickness of the polar sheet at the same temperature,the shorter the drying time.When the hot air drying temperature was 80~85℃,the drying efficiency was high,and the polar sheet and the foil were well bonded.In the static drying experiment,the effect of temperature and thickness on the drying of the polar sheet was basically the same as that of the hot air drying.
