油水分离器内部构件间距对流场的影响

摘要 在重力式油水分离器中,内部构件的位置不同也会显著影响着内部流场的特性。通过改变布液板与整流板的相对位置,定义布液板与整流板之间的相对距离为L,对L为100、400、750 mm条件下重力式油水分离器的内部流场进行对比,分析其流场特性以及分离效率。结果表明:当布液板与整流板距离较近时更有利于优化内部流形,增加预分离的效果;随着两者之间的距离增加,内部湍流的情况也越加明显;且随着布液板与整流板的距离增加,出口处水相的分离效率会得到明显提高。 In the gravity oil-water separator,the different position of the internal components will significantly affect the characteristics of the internal flow field.In this paper,by changing the relative position of the liquid distribution plate and the rectifier plate,the relative distance between the liquid distribution plate and the rectifier plate was defined as L,and the internal flow field of the gravity oil-water separator was compared under L=100 mm,L=400 mm and L=750 mm to analyze its flow field characteristics and separation efficiency.The results showed that when the distance between the liquid distribution plate and the rectifier plate was close,it was better to optimize the internal manifold and increase the effect of pre-separation.As the distance between them increased,the internal turbulence became more and more obvious.With the increase of the distance between the plate and the rectifier,the separation efficiency of water phase at the outlet was improved obviously.
