摘要
采用气相色谱法,使用CP-Chirasil-DexCB色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器对1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯顺反异构体进行分离和定量分析。结果表明:该分析方法中反式1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯的线性相关系数为0.9991,相对标准偏差为0.83%,平均回收率为100.66%;顺式1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯的线性相关系数为0.9983,相对标准偏差为0.82%,平均回收率为100.40%。该分析方法操作简便、快速、准确,分离效果好,可以用于1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯顺反异构体的定量分析。
The separation and quantitative analysis of dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate cis-trans isomers were carried out by gas chromatography with CP-Chirasil-Dex CB column and hydrogen flame ionization detector.The results showed that,for the trans isomer,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9991,the relative standard deviation was 0.83%,and the average recovery was 100.66%.And for the cis isomer,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9983,the relative standard deviation was 0.82%,and the average recovery was 100.40%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and has good separation effect,can be used for quantitative analysis of dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate cis-trans isomers.
