iRootSP糊剂热牙胶垂直加压与AH-Plus糊剂热牙胶垂直加压、iRootSP冷侧压在C形根管充填中的效果比较

Comparative study on effects of iRootSP paste hot gum vertical compression,AH Plus paste hot gum vertical compression and iRootSP cold lateral compression on C-type root canal filling

目的 对比爱汝特(iRootSP)糊剂热牙胶垂直加压与环氧树脂类糊剂(AH-Plus)热牙胶垂直加压、iRootSP冷侧压在C形根管充填中的效果。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年6月在秦皇岛市海港医院接受C形根管充填治疗的患者102例,依据随机数字表法分为A组(n=34)、B组(n=34)、C组(n=34)。A组采取iRootSP冷侧压法,B组采取iRootSP糊剂热牙胶垂直加压法,C组采取AH-Plus糊剂热牙胶垂直加压法。统计3组根管充填操作用时、根管充填效果、治疗效果、治疗前及治疗1个月、3个月后疼痛程度(VAS)评分。结果 (1)3组根管充填操作用时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组根管充填操作用时短于B组、C组(P<0.05),B组根管充填操作用时与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)3组根管充填效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)3组治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)治疗后1个月、3个月,3组VAS分值较治疗前降低,且A组VAS分值低于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取iRootSP糊剂热牙胶垂直加压与AH-Plus糊剂热牙胶垂直加压、iRootSP冷侧压用于C形根管充填均能取得良好效果,但iRootSP冷侧压法操作简单,且更有助于减轻疼痛感,临床实际可根据患者具体状况选取对应治疗方式。

Objective To compare the effects of iRootSP paste hot gum vertical compression with AH Plus paste hot gum vertical compression and iRootSP cold lateral compression on C-type root canal filling.Methods 102 patients who received C-type root canal filling treatment in Qinhuangdao Port Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into group A(n=34),group B(n=34)and group C(n=34)according to simple random number table.Group A was treated with iRootSP cold lateral compression,group B with iRootSP paste hot gum vertical compression,and group C with AH Plus paste hot gum vertical compression.Statistics were made on the root canal filling exercise,root canal filling effect,treatment effect,and VAS scores before and after thetreatment for 1 month and 3 months.Results(1)There was a significant difference among the three groups in root canal filling operation(P<0.05).The root canal filling operation time of group A was shorter than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C in root canal filling operation(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in root canal filling effect among the three groups(P>0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in treatment effect among the three groups(P>0.05).(4)The VAS scores of the three groups at 1 month and 3 months after the treatment were lower than those beforethe treatment,and the VAS scores of group A were lower than those of groups B and C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting iRootSP paste hot gum vertical compression,AH Plus paste hot gum vertical compression,iRootSP cold side pressure for C-type root canal filling can achieve good results,but iRootSP cold side pressure method is simple to operate,and it is more helpful to reduce pain.In clinical practice,the corresponding treatment can be selected according to the specific conditions of the patients.
