心理育人是新时代高校研究生人才培养的重要内容,是立德树人工作的重要组成部分。当前研究生心理健康教育存在“地位边缘化、对象小众化、支持体系非专业化、主体单一化”等一系列亟待解决的问题,高校应始终遵循育心育德相结合、积极取向、动态预警、多元共治等心理健康教育原则,积极构建集课程教学、主题活动、预防干预、咨询服务、朋辈互助于一体,心理咨询师、研究生导师、辅导员、学工干部、任课老师、同学/朋友、父母等多主体介入的“一体多维,多元共治”心理健康教育工作机制,提升研究生心理健康教育工作的成效。

Psychological education,an important content of postgraduate cultivation in universities in the new era,is an indispensable part of moral education.At present,in postgraduate mental health education,there are a series of issues urgent to be solved,such as"marginalized status,niche object,non-professional support system,and simplex subject".To this end,universities need to stay true to the fundamental principles of graduate mental health education,such as combining psychology education and moral education,orienting positively,warning dynamically in advance,and co-governing with multiple parties.Meanwhile,it is worthwhile to build an integrated co-governing working mechanism,which consists of curriculum teaching,theme activities,preventative intervention,counselling services,and peer assistance,involving multiple subjects:psychological counselors,postgraduate supervisors,tutors,student leaders,teachers,classmates,friends,parents,etc.In doing so,the effectiveness of mental health education for postgraduates can be improved.
