摘要
针对不同类型、不同环境地质条件的风电改装方案选择问题,提出3种移动式海洋平台风电改造方案,对各方案的总体设计、施工工艺、经济性进行分析并对比各方案的优缺点,总结风电安装工艺对方案选取的关键点。结果表明:应根据不同平台形式、环境地质条件、投资数量等参数选择海洋平台风电改造方案,并重点兼顾适用性和安全性。
Three types of mobile offshore platform wind power retrofit schemes are proposed for different types and environmental geological conditions. The overall design, construction technology, and economy of each scheme are analyzed and compared, and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are summarized. The key points for selecting wind power installation schemes are summarized. The results show that the offshore platform wind power transformation plan should be selected based on different platform forms, environmental geological conditions, investment quantities, and other parameters, with a focus on considering applicability and safety.
