摘要
以远洋客船空调机组基座结构为研究对象,对基座结构敷设阻尼层和布置阻振质量块后的减振性能进行分析。通过对基座结构的模态分析确定其固有特性,以加速度振级落差作为基座减振性能的评价指标。研究结果表明:布置阻振质量块和敷设阻尼层都能提高基座结构的减振性能;在基座结构肋板和腹板的表面敷设不同厚度的阻尼层时基座的减振效果最好。
Taking the base structure of air conditioning units on ocean-going passenger ships as the research object, the vibration reduction performance of the base structure after laying damping layers and arranging vibration-damping mass blocks is analyzed. The inherent characteristics of the base structure are determined through modal analysis, and the acceleration vibration level drop is used as the evaluation index of the base vibration reduction performance. The research results show that both arranging vibration-damping mass blocks and laying damping layers can improve the vibration reduction performance of the base structure, and the vibration reduction effect of the base is best when damping layers of different thicknesses are laid on the surface of the rib and web plates of the base structure.
