电力市场环境下信息物理社会融合的电力系统优化调度 被引量:2

摘要 为实现更精准高效的电力系统优化调度,基于电力系统运行成本最小的目标,该文建立电力市场环境下信息物理社会融合的电力系统优化调度模型,从对象层、融合层和决策层分别描述电力系统运行过程中能量流、信息流和资金流的分阶段流向及其驱动力,对电力系统中各单元的主要运行状态及其转换过程实现全面观测和精准跟踪。通过调节电力系统内各电能生产单元与电能消费单元的动态出力,可实现电力系统运行状态轨迹的控制,从而优化电力系统运行状态的变化过程轨迹,实现全系统的优化调度。算例分析表明,该模型全方位提高了电力系统运行轨迹的可观性和可控性,通过即时采集感知—计算分析—决策控制实现了电力系统全运行域的灵活精准调控和经济优化调度。 In order to complete the power system optimal dispatch more accurately and efficiently,this paper establishes a power system optimal dispatch model with the goal of minimizing the operating cost of the power system based on the cyber-physical-social integration under the power market environment.It uses the object layer,the fusion layer and the decision-making layer to describe the phased flow direction and driving force of energy flow,information flow and cash flow,for making a comprehensive observation and accurate tracking of the main operating status and conversion process of each unit in the power system.By adjusting the dynamic output of each power production unit and power consumption unit,the power system operating state trajectory control can be done,which will optimize the changing process trajectory of the power system operating state and complete the optimal dispatch of the whole system.The analysis of calculation examples shows that the model fully improves the considerable controllability of the power system’s operation trajectory.The analysis of calculation examples shows that the model improves the considerable controllability of the power system operation trajectory in all aspects.It completes the flexible and precise regulation and economic optimization dispatching of the entire operation domain of the power system by real-time acquisition,calculation,analysis,decision-making and control.
