高职留学生跨文化适应教育管理的问题与对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Cross Cultural Adaptation Education Management for Higher Vocational International Students

跨文化和全球胜任力是高职院校来华留学生培养的重要目标。厘清当前高职院校在来华留学生跨文化适应教育管理方面存在的主要问题,对于高职院校加强来华留学生教育管理具有重要价值和指导意义。高职院校应该从发挥课程教学作用、提升管理工作水平、强化师资队伍建设、注重实践教育质量等几个方面改进教育管理方式,完善跨文化教育管理体系,不断提升来华留学生的跨文化适应能力。

Cross cultural and global competency is an important goal of international students training in higher vocational colleges.It is of great value and guiding significance for higher vocational colleges to clarify the main problems existing in the cross-cultural adaptation education and management of foreign students in China.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the implementation of education management from the aspects of playing the role of curriculum teaching,improving the management level,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and paying attention to the quality of practical education,so as to improve the cultural adaptability of foreign students in China and improve the cross-cultural education management system of higher vocational colleges.
