“一带一路”背景下广东高校外语服务人才的培养模式

Cultivating Mode of Foreign Language Service Talents in Guangdong Colleges and Universities under Background of“The Belt and Road”

在“一带一路”大背景下,外语语言服务成为打造中国文化软实力的重要产业,也为广东沿海经济发展输送了大批人才。基于“一带一路”背景下外语语言服务产业的需求现状,以培养跨语言、跨文化的复合型人才为目标,从培养机制、培养措施、培养基地和培养内容四个维度,提出外语服务人才的培养模式与对策,使外语类专业技术技能人才培养更好地服务于“一带一路”建设,为我国企业提供语言服务人才,加强中国企业的软实力,使中国走向世界、融入世界、影响世界。

In the context of“The Belt and Road”,foreign language services are an important industry for building China s cultural soft power,and it also provides talents for the economic development of Guangdong's coastal areas.Based on the current demand of foreign language service industry in the context of the“the Belt and Road”,with an aim to cultivate cross-language and cross-cultural compound talents,this paper proposes a training model for foreign language service talents from the four dimensions of training mechanism,training measures,training base and training content,so that the training of foreign language professional and technical talents can better serve the“Belt and Road”initiative,provide Chinese companies with language service talents,and strengthen the soft power of Chinese companies,which enable China to enter,integrate into and influence the world.
