计算机应用技术专业教师教学创新团队建设的研究与实践

摘要 教师教学创新团队的建设已经成为职业院校建设的关键领域,也是推进高素质技术技能人才培养的重要力量。团队的建设应该结合专业特点,在实践中总结经验,逐渐形成真正适用于本专业、适用于职教特色的建设理论。以计算机应用技术专业教师教学创新团队建设项目为例,提出要构建“四同”教学团队,培养“勇创新、真创新”的团队创新意识,并详细阐述了加强团队赋能提高团队整体水平,增强创新意识、培养团队创新能力的做法和经验。 The construction of teaching innovation team has become the key field of vocational college construction,and is also an important force to promote the cultivation of high-quality technical talents.Team building should combine professional characteristics,summarize experience in practice,and gradually form a construction theory that is truly applicable to the specialty and the characteristics of vocational education.Take the teaching innovation team construction project of teachers majoring in computer application technology for example,this paper proposes to build the teaching team with innovation consciousness of"brave innovation and true innovation",and expounds the methods and experiences of strengthening the team empowerment in detail to improve the overall level of the team,enhance the innovation consciousness,and cultivate the team innovation ability.
