立德树人目标下研究生课程思政的实现路径研究

The Research on the Implementation Path of Ideological and Political Education in Graduate Courses under the Goal of Cultivating Virtue and Cultivating Talents

研究生教育肩负着培育德才兼备高层次人才的任务,课程思政是培育德才兼备研究生的必由之路。课程思政不仅仅是指课程建设的具体方面,更是一种全新的课程观、教育观和育人方法论,是将价值教育与真理教育有机统一的重大教育实践。当前,研究生教育中存在着轻价值观教育的倾向,具体表现为对研究生的接受特点和接受规律把握不够准确,研究生思想政治教育缺乏连续性和持续性,研究生接受知识的专业化学理化特性强,研究生导师立德树人意识缺乏。要针对教育理念、导师队伍、教学过程、教育手段、教材体系进行五维建构,全面切实提升研究生课程思政的实效性。

Graduate education shoulders the task of cultivating high-level talents with both moral and talent abilities,and curriculum ideological and political education is the only way to cultivate graduate students with both moral and talent abilities.Curriculum ideological and political education not only refers to specific aspects of curriculum construction,but also a brand new curriculum,education and educational methodology.It is a significant educational practice that organically integrates value education and truth education.At present,there is a tendency in graduate education to prioritize truth over value,which is manifested in the inaccurate grasp of the acceptance characteristics and rules of graduate students,the lack of continuity and sustainability in graduate ideological and political education,the strong professional chemical and physical characteristics of graduate students’knowledge acceptance,and the lack of moral education awareness among graduate supervisors.We need to carry out a five dimensional construction based on educational concepts,mentor teams,teaching processes,educational methods,and textbook systems,in order to comprehensively and effectively enhance the effectiveness of graduate course ideological and political education.
