摘要
聚乙烯醇具有良好的生物相容性、水溶性及可降解性,其发泡材料应用广泛,但熔融发泡难度大。本文综述了聚乙烯醇的几种熔融发泡工艺,总结了工艺参数、发泡剂、成核剂、交联剂等对聚乙烯醇熔融发泡的影响,并展望了聚乙烯醇熔融发泡的发展方向。
Polyvinyl alcohol had excellent biocompatibility,water solubility and degradability.Its foam materials were widely used,but it was difficult to melt foaming.This paper reviewed several melt foaming processes of polyvinyl alcohol,summarized the influences of process parameters,foaming agents,nucleating agents,cross-linking agents,etc.on melt foaming of polyvinyl alcohol,and the development direction of polyvinyl alcohol melt foaming was expected.
