摘要
本文采用静电喷雾法实现了聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)可生物降解中空微球的可控制备,并且通过加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)对其结构进行调控。而后用于药物负载进行了缓释研究,通过20 d的体外降解实验发现,PBAT/PVB微球的降解速率比纯PBAT微球快4.35%。然后将它们成功地用于负载厄洛替尼(市售抗癌药),经过3周的体外释放实验,添加PVB的微球比纯PBAT微球累积释放厄洛替尼快14.24%。
Controllable preparation of polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT)biodegradable hollow microspheres were achieved by electrostatic spray method and its structure was regulated by adding polyvinyl butyral(PVB).Through 20 d of in vitro degradation experiments,it is found that the degradation rate of PBAT/PVB microspheres is 4.35%faster than that of pure PBAT microspheres.Then they are successfully used to load erlotinib(a commercially available anticancer drug).After 3 weeks of in vitro release experiments,the cumulative release of erlotinib from PVB-added microspheres is 14.24%faster than that of pure PBAT microspheres.
