摘要 以聚(L-丙交酯-co-ε-己内酯)(PLCL)为原料,竹炭粉(BC)为填料,通过熔融挤出的方式制备了PLCL薄膜以及0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%五个BC添加比例的BC/PLCL复合薄膜材料,比较并探究了不同添加比例对复合材料力学性能、热稳定性、阻隔紫外光能力以及材料的亲疏水性的影响。结果表明,0.5%BC/PLCL的力学性能最好,断裂伸长率和拉伸强度都高于纯PLCL,其他添加比例提升不明显;随着BC添加比例的增加,BC/PLCL膜的热稳定性逐渐增大;BC添加比例超过1%就能使BC/PLCL薄膜的紫外光透过率低于1%,显著提升了复合材料的抗紫外光能力。同时,BC/PLCL膜表面呈疏水性。 Poly(L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone)(PLCL)films and bamboo charcoal(BC)/PLCL composite film materials with 5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%and 2.5%were prepared by melt extrusion using PLCL as raw material and BC powder as filler,and the effects of different addition ratios on the mechanical properties,thermal stability,UV blocking ability and hydrophobicity of the composite were compared and explored.The results show that 0.5%BC/PLCL has the best mechanical properties,elongation at break and tensile strength are higher than pure PLCL,and does not increase the proportion of other additions.With the increase of BC addition ratios,the thermal stability of BC/PLCL film gradually increases.The addition ratio of BC exceeding 1%can make the ultraviolet transmittance of BC/PLCL film less than 1%,which significantly improves the UV resistance ability of the composite.At the same time,the surface of BC/PLCL membrane is hydrophobic.
