摘要
研究不同套袋处理对曹州木瓜果实品质及耐贮性的影响,为生产栽培提供依据。本研究采用5种不同类型的果袋,对‘金苹果’曹州木瓜套袋试验,结果表明,套袋可显著改善曹州木瓜果实外观品质,提高果实的耐贮性;同时可降低总黄酮、总酚的含量和抗氧化活性,增加糖酸比与可溶性糖含量。综合比较各项指标,外袋外黄内黑、内袋浅黄蜡质的双层纸袋效果最好,其次是外袋黄色、内袋黑色的双层纸袋。
To investigate the effects of different bagging treatments on the fruit quality and storage resistance of Caozhou papaya and provide a basis for production and cultivation.In this study,five different types of bags were used to screen the suitable paper bag for Caozhou papaya'Golden Apple'.The results showed that bagging significantly improved the fruit appearance and storage resistance of Caozhou papaya;meanwhile,the bagging reduced the content of total flavonoids,total phenols and antioxidant activity,and increased the sugar-acid ratio and the soluble sugar content.Comprehensive comparison of the indicators,the effect of double layer paper bag(the outer bag outside yellow and inside black,the inner bag light yellow waxy)is the best and followed by the outer bag yellow,the inner bag black double paper bag.
