摘要
为了获得品质优异的油莎豆材料,利用近红外光谱技术对1726份随机选择油莎豆材料进行了品质检测,检测项目包括粗脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉和总糖,4项指标的平均值分别为23.5%、3.34%、21.39%和18.82%,变异系数分别为13.18%、27.19%、14.3%和9.88%。采用SPSS软件进行相关性分析,明确了粗脂肪含量、蛋白质含量和淀粉含量3项相互呈正相关,3项与总糖含量均呈负相关。共筛选出高品质油莎豆材料48份,其中高脂肪材料25份,高淀粉材料23份,638号材料既是高脂肪材料也是高淀粉材料,为油莎豆育种奠定了基础。
In order to get quality of Cyperws esculentus,the quality of 1726 randomly selected Cperus esculentus materials were tested by the NIR spectroscopy.The testing items included crude fat,protein,starch and tota1 sugar.The average values of the four qualities were 23.5%,3.34%。2139%,and 18.82%respectively,the cofficients of variation were 13.18%,27.19%,14.3%9.88%respectively.Correlation analysis was carried by SPSS,it is concluded that the cnude fat content,protein content and starch content are positively correlated with each other,and the three items are negatively correlated with total sugar.At analysis,48 high-quality materials were screened out,including 25 high fat materials and 23 high starch materials.Material 638 is both high fat and high starch matrials.It is laid the foundation for quality bre-eding of Cyperis escrlentus.
