二叶式主动脉瓣发病机制及其临床诊治的研究进展

二叶式主动脉瓣是遗传因素所导致的畸形,是主动脉瓣先天性畸形中发病率较高的一种畸形。诊断二叶式主动脉瓣的主要手段是通过经胸超声心动图,近年来经导管主动脉瓣置换术逐渐发展,但目前外科手术仍是治疗二叶式主动脉瓣所导致的各类疾病的主要手段。现综述二叶式主动脉瓣的发病机制和临床治疗的最新进展,为二叶式主动脉瓣患者的治疗提供参考。

Bicuspid aortic valve is a kind of malformation caused by genetic factors which is a kind of congenital aortic valve malformation with a high incidence rate in the population.The main method for diagnosing bicuspid aortic valve is transthoracic echocardiography.In recent years,transcatheter aortic valve replacement has been gradually developed.But currently,surgery is still the main method for treating various diseases caused by bicuspid aortic valve.This article reviews the pathogenesis and recent progress in clinical treatment of bicuspid aortic valve,and provides reference for the treatment of patients with bicuspid aortic valve.
