摘要
心血管疾病是全世界死亡的主要原因,心血管疾病包括缺血性心脏病、心力衰竭、外周动脉疾病以及许多其他心脏和血管疾病。铁死亡是一种依赖铁的细胞死亡,其特征是铁超载和脂质过氧化。铁死亡不同于凋亡、坏死、自噬和其他类型的细胞死亡,它是一种新型的细胞死亡方式。越来越多的研究表明铁死亡与心血管疾病的发生和发展有关。现综述铁代谢与铁死亡发生机制,铁死亡与心肌病、心肌梗死、缺血再灌注、血管平滑肌损伤和钙化等的关系。
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide,and cardiovascular disease includes ischemic heart disease,heart failure,peripheral arterial disease,and many other heart and vascular diseases.Ferroptosis is a type of iron-dependent cell death characterized by iron overload and lipid peroxidation.Ferroptosis differs from apoptosis,necrosis,autophagy and other types of cell death and is a novel form of cell death.A growing number of studies show that ferroptosis is closely associated with development and progression of cardiovascular disease.This article describes iron metabolism and mechanisms,as well as the relationship between ferroptosis and cardiomyopathy,myocardial infarction,ischemia reperfusion,vascular smooth muscle injury and calcification.
