摘要
高血压作为全球公共卫生的一大挑战,尽管其治疗和预防策略随着医学的深入探索而不断发展,但高血压的发病率仍呈上升趋势,且依然是全球范围内的医疗负担。近年来,人们逐渐将治疗措施转向对交感神经的干预。现聚焦于下丘脑室旁核血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT_(1)R)-Toll样受体4(TLR4)信号介导高血压的新进展,将近来对下丘脑室旁核AT_(1)R-TLR4信号介导高血压形成的研究进行汇总和回顾分析,以期为日后高血压的研究和治疗方案提供新思路。
Hypertension is a significant international public health challenge.Despite the fact that prevention and treatment strategies for hypertension have improved with the depth of medical research,its incidence is continuously rising and continues to pose a serious global health burden.People have been steadily turning to sympathetic nerve intervention as a kind of treatment in recent years.This article focused on new developments in angiotensinⅡtype 1 receptor(AT_(1)R)-Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)signaling mediating hypertension in the paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus,and summarized and reviewed recent studies on AT_(1)R-TLR4 signaling mediating the formation of hypertension in the paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus,with the aim of providing new ideas for future research and treatment options for hypertension.
