摘要
通过对临汾市区大气污染敏感性评价结果,结合焦煤产能搬迁选址,对新产业选址区域气象场与污染浓度进行场景模拟分析,结果表明临汾市东部古县、安泽县、浮山县现状大气环境扩散能力强,将临汾市区超大气容量焦煤企业搬迁至东部古县、安泽县、浮山县,在不超过东部三县环境容量的前提下,对河谷地平原区影响较小,可实现区域环境改善。
In order to accurately examine the impact of air environmental constraints on the siting of highly polluting industries,the WRF-Chem model was combined with the meteorological field and pollution concentration output results and near-surface wind speed and pollution concentration,to calculate the results of air pollution sensitivity evaluation.This study took Linfen,Shanxi Province as an example,where the highly polluting coking industry was its pillar industry and mostly located in the Fen River valley where diffusion conditions are poor,leading to serious air pollution in the Linfen urban area.According to the results of air pollution sensitivity evaluation of the Linfen urban area,combined with the relocation site of coking coal capacity,the scenario simulation analysis of meteorological field and pollution concentration in the new industrial site area was done.The results showed that the current air environment diffusion capacity of Guxian,Anze and Fushan counties in the eastern part of Linfen City was strong,and relocating coking coal enterprises with super air capacity in the Linfen urban area to Guxian,Anze and Fushan counties in the east,without exceeding the environmental capacity of the three eastern counties under the premise of not exceeding the environmental capacity of the three eastern counties,the impact on the plain area of the river valley would be small and the regional environmental improvement would be achieved.
