高职《发电厂电气部分》“课程思政”改革探究

为全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,课程团队以教学能力比赛国赛二等奖获奖课程《发电厂电气部分》为基础,通过课程性质分析、明确课程目标、多元教学方法、系统挖掘课程思政元素探索实现课程思政目标的有效教学路径,提升开展课程思政内在动力,多维度开展课程思政。成功构建“工匠精神”培育与“感恩知责”教育“双轮联动”的育人模式,在工匠人才培养上取得了突出的育人成效。

In order to fully implement the Party's educational policy and implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,the course team,based on the second prize winning course of the national competition for teaching ability,Electric Power Plant,explored the effective teaching path to achieve the ideological and political objectives of the course through the analysis of the nature of the course,the clarification of the course objectives,the multiple teaching methods,and the systematic excavation of the ideological and political elements of the course,improved the internal motivation of carrying out the ideological and political objectives of the course,and carried out the ideological and political aspects of the course in a multi-dimensional way.We have successfully built a"two-wheel linkage"education model of"craftsman spirit"cultivation and"gratitude and responsibility"education,and achieved outstanding results in the cultivation of craftsman talents.
