海南旅游业高质量发展动能转换效应评价研究

摘要 动能驱动对旅游业高质量发展起到至关重要的作用,在新旧动能转化的背景下,准确区分不同动能要素的影响度差异对有效制定相关政策意义重大。梳理海南旅游业发展的动能要素演变后,基于经济增长理论,构建多动能要素对旅游总收入影响的模型,并运用多元线性回归分析发现,物资投入、劳动力规模对旅游业发展的影响偏弱,而技术进步的影响程度最大,技术进步每产生1%的变化单位,旅游业产出能带来0.792%的增加值,并验证了恩格尔系数对旅游发展的负向作用。故此,需要进一步强化技术进步及创新在旅游业的应用,提高产业的全要素生产率,并加强对从业人员的培养、深化市场的开放发展,促进海南旅游业高质量发展。 Kinetic Energy plays a crucial role in the high-quality development of the tourism industry.In the context of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy it is important to distinguish the influence degree of different kinetic energy factors for making relevant policies effectively.After sorting out the evolution of dynamic factors in Hainan's tourism development based on the theory of economic growth this paper constructs a multi-dynamic factor impact model on tourism gross income and use the multiple linear regression.It is found that the impact of material investment and the scale of labor on the development of tourism is weak and technological progress has the greatest impact.When technological progress has 1%change unit tourism output can get 0.792%added value.And the negative effect of Engel coefficient on tourism development is also verified.Thus it is necessary to enhance the application of technological progress and innovation in the tourism industry to enhance the total factor productivity of the industry to strengthen the training of practitioners to deepen the open development of the market and to promote the high-quality development of Hainan tourism industry.
