摘要
近几年,医疗行业竞争不断加剧,基层医院面临前所未有的压力。要想在激烈的竞争中赢得生存和发展的空间,人力资源至关重要。但是目前,基层医院出现人才招引难现象。在这种形势下,要提高人力资源的整体水平,需要不断完善员工培训体系,推动培训工作持续提升。文章基于胜任素质,通过分析基层医院培训中存在的问题,有针对性地提出优化策略,为众多基层医院提升培训效果、提高人力资源水平提供重要借鉴。
In recent years,the competition in the medical industry has been intensifying,and primary hospitals are facing unprecedent⁃ed pressure.How to win the space for survival and development in the fierce competition,human resources are vital.However,at present,it is difficult to recruit talents in primary hospitals.In this situation,in order to improve the overall level of human resources,it is necessary to constantly improve the staff training system and promote the continuous improvement of training work.Based on competency,this paper ana⁃lyzes the problems existing in the training of primary hospitals and puts forward targeted optimization strategies,which provides important reference for many primary hospitals to improve the training effect and improve the level of human resources.
