摘要
为帮助偏瘫患者进行上肢运动功能康复训练,本文通过用户调研和深度访谈进行需求提炼,运用层次分析法构建决策目标方案模型,计算各功能要素权重,得到需求功能优先级排序,分析对上肢康复辅具设计影响较大的因素。通过各要素权重分析比较,发现连接结构稳定、贴合人体上肢曲面和关节角度范围设置是影响康复辅具设计的主要因素,为偏瘫患者设计了一款上肢运动功能康复辅具。
In order to help hemiplegic patients to carry out upper limb motor function rehabilitation training,this paper refined the needs through user research and in-depth interviews.The analytic hierarchy process was used to construct a decision target program model,calculate the weights of each functional element,obtain the demand function priority ranking,and analyze the factors that have a great influence on the design of upper limb rehabilitation aids.The results of the study showed that the stability of the connection structure,the fit to the human upper limb surface and the joint angle range setting were the main factors influencing the design of the rehabilitation aids.An upper limb motor function rehabilitation aid was designed for hemiplegic patients.
