摘要
为了提高车身覆盖件倚靠强度分析效率,简化操作步骤,应用python语言开发一套前、后处理流程自动化APP。本APP可将压头自动移动到指定位置,并调整合适角度,自动创建接触,载荷步,添加载荷和边界条件,最终导出求解文件,并对结果文件进行后处理,生成报告。通过流程自动化工作效率可提高85%,有效缩短仿真时长。
In order to improve the efficiency of auto body panel leaning strength analysis,to simplify the operation steps,a process automation APP for pre-processing and post-processing is developed using python language.This APP can automatically move the indenter to the specified position,adjust the appropriate angle,automatically create contacts and load steps,add loads and boundary conditions,export the solution files,post-processing,generate reports.Work efficiency can be increased by 85%through process automation,effectively shorten the simulation time.
