摘要
桥式起重机是现代化企业生产过程中必不可少的生产设备。由于桥式起重机的驱动系统类型构造以及现场使用状况等原因造成其车轮在轨道上出现不同程度的跑偏或啃轨现象,增加了起重机大小车运行机构的运行阻力和冲击,进而降低了桥式起重机的整体运行效能。因此,探究啃轨现象发生的原因,加以分析和提出改进对策,为检验人员开展桥式起重机的检验提供参考。
Bridge crane is an essential production equipment in the production process of modern enterprises.Due to the type and structure of the driving system of the bridge crane and the site use conditions,the wheel of the bridge crane deviates or gnaws at the rail to different degrees,which increases the running resistance and impact of the crane trolley traveling mechanism,and reduces the overall running efficiency of the bridge crane.Therefore,explore the causes of rail gnawing phenomenon,analyze and propose improvement measures,and provide reference for inspectors to carry out inspection of bridge cranes.
