摘要
智能制造是现代工业社会的标志性特征,也是我国工业产业转型升级的根本出路。工业4.0背景下,我国提出了大力发展“新工科”,加快培养具有现代化思维和智能制造能力的人才战略目标,这对职业院校尤其是工科类职业院校的教学创新提出了更高要求。结合计算机、虚拟现实技术(VR)搭建智能制造仿真实验平台,可以有效提升教学直观性,同时便于学生操作实践,将是实现教学质量突破的重要途径。文章首先介绍了智能制造虚拟仿真实验课的教学目标与任务,其次分析了虚拟仿真实验平台的搭建方法,最后就实际教学进行探讨。希望有助于为职业学校的电气机电化专业教学提供一些有益参考。
Intelligent manufacturing is a symbolic feature of modern industrial society and the fundamental way out for China's industrial transformation and upgrading.Under the background of Industry 4.0,China has proposed the strategic goal of vigorously developing"new engineering"and accelerating the training of talents with modern thinking and intelligent manufacturing capabilities,which puts forward higher requirements for teaching innovation in higher vocational colleges,especially engineering vocational colleges.Combining computer and virtual reality technology(VR)to build an intelligent manufacturing simulation experiment platform can effectively improve the teaching intuitiveness and facilitate students'operation practice.It will be an important way to achieve a breakthrough in teaching quality.This paper first introduces the teaching objectives and tasks of the intelligent manufacturing virtual simulation experiment course,then analyzes the building methods of the virtual simulation experiment platform,and finally discusses the actual teaching.I hope it will be helpful to provide some useful references for the teaching of the electrical machinery and electrification specialty in vocational schools.
