一种存取类设备理想情况建模的技术设计分析

摘要 本文对一种具有连续循环垂直升降、连续均衡移载输入输出和在双轨上往复水平走行的存取作业类设备,按照每个品种物料补货发生的概率、每批次补货策略和每个品种物料在货架内的存储策略进行建模分析,以减小计算误差、提高理论计算的可信度。 In this paper,a kind of storage and retrieval operation equipment with continuous cycle vertical lifting,continuous balanced load transfer input and output and reciprocating horizontal running on dual rails is modeled and analyzed according to the probability of replenishment of each variety of materials,the replenishment strategy of each batch and the storage strategy of each variety of materials in the shelf,so as to reduce the calculation error and improve the reliability of theoretical calculation.
