摘要
试验提出了两级破碎、三级筛分,并在第二次筛分之前进行风热处理,最终加工出0 mm~5 mm,5 mm~10 mm,10 mm~20 mm,20 mm~40 mm四种粒径的高品质再生骨料。通过水泥胶砂强度试验、击实试验、压碎指标检测,对比分析了天然骨料、普通破碎再生骨料、风热处理再生骨料、3 d和28 d抗压与抗折强度、最大干密度和最佳含水率。通过正交试验发现在考察的3个因素中,水泥掺量占绝对优势,其次是再生骨料掺量,最后是再生骨料破碎方式;找了最优组合(水泥掺量12%、再生骨料掺量15%、二级破碎风热处理),并从经济角度分析了最优组合近似的两组。
The test proposed two-stage crushing,three-stage screening,and air-heat treatment before the second screening,and finally processed high quality recycled aggregate of 0 mm~5 mm,5 mm~10 mm,10 mm~20 mm and 20 mm~40 mm.Through the strength test of cement cement,compaction test and crushing index detection,natural aggregate,ordinary crushing and regeneration aggregate,compression and fracture strength,maximum dry density and optimal moisture content were analyzed.Through the orthogonal test,it is found that among the three factors investigated,the cement dosage has an absolute advantage,followed by the dosage of recycled aggregate,and finally the crushing method of recycled aggregate;the most rational combination(cement dosage 12%,recycled aggregate mixture 15%,secondary crushing air heat treatment)was found,and the two groups with the most favorable combination were analyzed from the economic point of view.
