咸宁市中心区空间发展评价与优化对策研究

Study on spatial development evaluation and optimization countermeasures of Xianning downtown

首先,结合相关文献确立了中等城市中心区空间发展评价体系,形成以空间体系结构为代表的5大类因子,以及首位度为代表的16小类因子。在评价体系的基础上,结合空间句法、GIS的网络分析等方法对案例城市咸宁中心区空间发展进行评价,分析其发展特征、面临的发展问题,提出空间优化的引导策略。

Firstly,based on relevant literature,an evaluation system for the spatial development of central areas in medium-sized cities has been established,with the formation of five major categories of factors represented by the spatial system structure and 16 minor categories represented by the primacy degree.Based on the evaluation system,combining spatial syntax,GIS network analysis,and other methods,this paper evaluates the spatial development of the central area of Xianning,a case city,analyzes its development characteristics,development issues faced,and proposes guidance strategies for spatial optimization.
