摘要
为提升云南某机场道面寿命,依据机场前期设计图,利用有限元ABAQUS软件,构建实际机场跑道三维有限元模型,通过计算A319机型加载情况下的道面位移响应,分析实例机场道面结构,并给出优化建议。分析结果表明:云南某机场的土基模量和面层厚度偏小,通过优化分析土基模量增加到80 MPa,面层厚度增加到0.42 m;基层厚度偏大,通过优化分析基层厚度减小到0.2 m。优化分析后的道面允许作用次数显著提升,进而大大提升了道面寿命,为机场道面结构参数的调整提供参考。
In order to improve the pavement life of an airport in Yunnan,according to the preliminary design drawings of the airport,the finite element ABAQUS software was used to construct a three-dimensional finite element model of the actual airport runway,and the pavement displacement response of the A319 aircraft under loading was calculated,the pavement structure of the example airport was analyzed,and optimization suggestions were given.The analysis results show that the soil modulus and surface thickness of an airport in Yunnan are small,and the soil modulus increases to 80 MPa and 0.42 m through optimization analysis,and the thickness of the base layer is reduced to 0.2 m through optimization analysis.The allowable number of actions of the optimized and analyzed pavement is significantly increased,which in turn greatly improves the pavement life.It provides a reference for the adjustment of airport pavement structure parameters.
