摘要
在信息技术时代,服装企业要顺应发展的要求,构建信息化人力资源管理模式,从而提升人力资源管理的效率。文章通过对中小型服装企业人力资源管理信息化建设出现的问题展开分析,根据目前的建设理念偏差、建设人力资源管理效果不理想以及人力资源管理信息化水平地区差异较大等问题,提出优化中小型服装企业人力资源管理信息化建设的策略。
In the era of information technology,clothing enterprises should conform to the requirements of development,and build an information-based human resource management mode to improve the efficiency of human resource management.This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the informatization construction of human resource management in small and medium-sized garment enterprises,and proposes strategies to optimize the informatization construction of human resource management based on existing deviations in construction concepts,unsatisfactory results in construction of human resource management,and significant regional differences in human resource management informatization levels.
