摘要
文章分析二氧化碳压缩机主轴瓦脱壳烧研的原因为:现场安装压缩机时电机基础的二次灌浆层出现偏差进而导致投运一段时间后电机基础下沉、曲轴运动轨迹偏离,主轴瓦脱壳烧研。经过对事故的分析及综合评定,从根本上解决了现场的实际问题。
The main bearing bush of the carbon dioxide compressor is overheated and damaged due to the large adjustment deviation of the junction surface between the bottom of the crankcase and the civil foundation during on-site installation,which causes the coaxiality of the installation holes of each bearing bush of the crankcase to seriously exceed the design range,thus causing the main bearing bush to be overheated and damaged.
