Discussion on Flange Valve Installation and Maintenance Management

阀门是指在管道流体控制系统过程中,用于自动调节管道流体的运动方向、压力、流速等的部件,也是指能够改变流体通道的横截面尺寸并改变介质流速方向的装置,具有导流、切断、调节、节流、导流控制、防溢流和泄压保护功能,在管道流体控制系统中占有主要地位。文章对阀门的储存与运输、安装及检修保养中的施工难点和控制要点,结合施工方法及施工经验作简要分析及总结。

The valve refers to the component used to automatically adjust the movement direction,pressure,flow rate,etc.of the pipeline fluid in the process of the pipeline fluid control system.It also refers to the device that can change the cross section size of the fluid channel and the flow direction of the medium.It has the functions of diversion,cutoff,regulation,throttling,diversion control,overflow prevention and pressure relief protection,and plays a major role in the pipeline fluid control system.In this paper,the construction difficulties and control points in the storage,transportation,installation and maintenance of valves are briefly analyzed and summarized in combination with the construction methods and experience.
