不可中断供气工业用户的燃气设计研究

Research on the Scheme Design of Industrial Users with Uninterruptible Gas Supply

随着城市的发展,大型天然气工业用户逐渐增加,这类工业用户对天然气供应的稳定性要求较高,一旦发生供气中断将对环境、工艺状况或设备安全造成重大影响,其工艺特殊性决定了供气的不可中断性,这就要求在设计方案时提前在各个可能会导致供气中断的环节考虑冗余设计。文章对不可中断供气工业用户方案设计进行分析,包括设置中压双气源、调压设备的配置、表具选择等,旨在为大型工业用户提供稳定、可靠的气源,保障设备的平稳运行,并为后期大型工业用户不间断供气方案设计提供一定的思路。

With the development of cities,large industrial users of natural gas are gradually increasing,and these industrial users have higher requirements for the stability of gas supply.Once gas supply interruption occurs,it will have a great impact on the environment,process status or equipment safety.The particularity of the process determines the uninterruptability of gas supply.This requires the design of the scheme in advance to consider the redundancy of the various links that may lead to the interruption of gas supply.This article analyzes the non-interruptible gas industrial users plan design,including the set of medium voltage double gas source,the pressure regulating equipment conf iguration,table selection,etc.,aims at providing a large industrial users with stable and reliable source,to ensure equipment running smoothly,and late for large industrial users uninterrupted gas supply plan design provide a train of thought.
