Under EPC general contracting mode,how to control the overall project plan is very important.As a supplement to the overall plan system of LNG terminal project,the special plan schedule is conducive to ensure the smooth implementation of the overall plan.In the LNG terminal project,for the important single buildings with complex technology,long construction period and affecting the completion of overall key milestones,the preparation of special plan schedule can effectively identify the risks of the construction period,grasp the key points of management and control,and def ine the completion nodes,so as to achieve the goal of controllable construction period.Combined with the construction process of the substation of Zhangzhou LNG project,this paper introduces the signif icance and preparation method of special plan.
