食品安全管理现存问题及对策研究

摘要 有效解决我国现阶段存在的食品安全管理问题,有效保障我国食品生产安全、售卖安全以及运输安全等是维护人们的身体健康和社会稳定发展的前提。但现阶段我国食品安全管控工作仍存在一些问题,要想进一步保障食品安全,需积极强化行业道德建设,进一步加强对相关知识的宣传教育,同时对现有安全管控体系进行优化与完善。鉴于此,本文分析了食品安全管理现存的问题,并提出了解决对策,以期为相关工作人员提供参考与借鉴。 Effectively solving the existing food safety management problems in China at the present stage and effectively ensuring the safety of food production,sales and transportation are the prerequisites for maintaining people’s health and social stability and development.However,there are still some problems in China’s food safety management and control at this stage.To further ensure food safety,need to actively strengthen the construction of industry ethics,further strengthen the publicity and education of relevant knowledge,and optimize and improve the existing safety management and control system.In view of this,this paper analyzes the existing problems in food safety management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide reference and reference for relevant staff.
