摘要
在食品工程中,化学污染主要指过量化学物质进入环境或者食品中含有过量化学物质引发的污染,这些化学物质会给环境带来巨大污染,被污染的食品经市场流通后,会严重损害人们的健康。近年来,食品安全问题备受关注,相关部门对食品工程中化学污染的防控高度重视。为进一步保障食品卫生安全,本文主要从食品工程的角度分析了常见的化学污染问题,并提出了相应的防控建议,以供参考。
In food engineering,chemical contamination mainly refers to the pollution caused by excessive chemical substances entering the environment or excessive chemical substances in food,which can bring great pollution to the environment,and contaminated food can seriously damage people’s health after being circulated in the market.In recent years,food safety has attracted much attention,and the prevention and control of chemical pollution in food engineering has been highly valued by various relevant departments.In order to further ensure food hygiene and safety,this article is mainly from the perspective of food engineering,analyzing the common chemical contamination problems in food engineering and puts forward corresponding prevention and control suggestions for reference.
